Giving is Easy

Through the dedicated work of passionate California ALS Advocates, the support of Senators Steinberg and Vargas, and the approval of Governor Jerry Brown, now Californians can once again support ALS research on their California taxes! If you would like to read the full text of the bill, you may do so here or you can watch the video of the California hearing where this historical event happened.

However, we must raise a minimum of $250,000 or it will be removed from the form. With over 37 million people living in California, even $10 can make an incredible difference in this campaign.

Please remember to give on line 414 when you file your California State Tax Return and support The ALS/Lou Gehrig Research Fund. Download this reminder to save in your tax file!
