SF Giants ALS Awareness Game
Throughout the 2018 baseball season, The ALS Association Golden West Chapter is participating in and partnering with baseball teams to raise awareness and support for the fight against ALS/Lou Gehrig’s disease.
On Wednesday, July 11, the San Francisco Giants will host a special day to honor the 79th anniversary of Lou Gehrig's farewell to baseball before they play against the Chicago Cubs. There will be a special on-field presentation with people with ALS and their families. Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions and provide information about ALS and the Golden West Chapter, and to promote our East Bay Walk to Defeat ALS, Silicon Valley Walk to Defeat ALS, and the Napa Valley Ride to Defeat ALS.
We have a limited number of donated tickets for people with ALS plus ONE companion. Please contact email@example.com if you are interested.
Additional tickets are also available for purchase through our 2018 ALS Awareness Day with the SF Giants webpage!
For any questions or more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in attending!
Our thanks to the San Francisco Giants for their efforts to make this such a special day!
