The EF Wallengren ALS HoopfestApril 25, 2020

VIRTUALLY, WHEREVER YOU ARE

The EF Wallengren ALS Hoopfest has gone VIRTUAL! Honor the EF Wallengren ALS Hoopfest any time during event day on Saturday, April 25, 2020. Post a photo or video of you shooting hoops in your driveway, playing NBA2K, or shooting a rolled up piece of paper into a bin, and tell us why you're "Hooping it up" to defeat ALS! Be sure to tag #ALSHoopfest and The ALS Association Golden West Chapter when you post. THANK YOU for coming together as a community in this difficult time to support the ALS community, who need us now more than ever.

If you'd like more information on how The ALS Association Golden West Chapter is responding to the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19), please visit our website.

We've raised $5,438.06 of our $30,000.00 goal!

Our Progress:

2020 EF Wallengren ALS Hoopfest

The well-being of the ALS community is our top priority. With developing news of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), The ALS Association Golden West Chapter is closely following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as state, county, and local health agency mandates. In response, we have transformed our service delivery model and continue to be a trustworthy, expert resource for the ALS community.

As such, the EF Wallengren ALS Hoopfest will no longer be gathering in-person at Calabasas High School on Saturday, April 25, 2020. With our shared "Never Give Up" spirit, we call on you to join us in re-creating the Chapter’s approach to raising awareness and crucial funds in support of our mission, now and throughout this unexpected, challenging time.
