This year will be the seventh year that I will participate in the Walk to Defeat ALS. I'm honored to be on the LA planning committee for a sixth year and will also be volunteering at the Ventura County event again this year.
I walk in memorial for my Dad now. He passed in November 2016 and I miss him every day. I am proud to know that he supported all of the work I do for the ALSA.
The ALS Association has helped my family in ways that I can never repay. I would like to continue to help them raise money to help families like mine with care services, research, equipment, advocacy - you name it.
We've made big strides since the Ice Bucket Challenge but the fight will not be over until there is a cure!
Thank you for helping me reach my Walk to Defeat ALS(R) fundraising goal! This is an exciting opportunity for us to work together to support those affected by Lou Gehrig's Disease and to spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and a cure.
Please consider walking with me or sponsoring me. With your help, we will be able to make a difference in the lives of people affected by this disease. I encourage you get your friends, family, neighbors and coworkers involved!
