ALS Ice Bucket Challenge Progress
The Golden West Chapter of The ALS Association is committed to advancing the search for effective treatments and cures for ALS in many ways. This includes funding global research efforts, supporting scientific and clinical collaboration, connecting people with ALS to clinical trials, partnering with multidisciplinary ALS clinics and centers, educating the public about ALS, providing professional care management services to families facing ALS, pursuing important public policy initiatives, and bringing the ALS community together to raise awareness and support.
Everything we do is made possible by the dedication of those in our ALS community. To honor the unwavering commitment of those teams that participate year after year in our Chapter’s Walk to Defeat ALS and Team Challenge ALS events, we have created the Never Give Up Club.
Any team that has cumulatively raised $25,000 or more through any of our Walk or Team Challenge ALS events, will be named on our Wall of Honor page and receive special acknowledgement throughout the remainder of the calendar year.
