Leave a Legacy of Hope

You believe in the work of The ALS Association Golden West Chapter and you want to ensure that people living with ALS and their loved ones will have access to vital care. You also want to help make our vision a reality: to create a world without ALS.

By remembering the Golden West Chapter in your estate plan, you create a legacy of hope for future generations. Through your estate plan, you can power our mission priorities related to Care Services, Research, and Advocacy.

Many easy estate planning options exist, from naming the Golden West Chapter as a beneficiary in your will to a more complex arrangement. You can also make a gift today using assets such as securities, real estate, or personal property. Some of the easiest ways to leave a legacy of hope include:

Bequest - You can designate The ALS Association Golden West Chapter as a beneficiary in your will or trust. The Chapter's Federal Tax ID number is 95-4163338.

IRA Rollover - Congress has enacted a permanent IRA charitable rollover. As a result, you can make an IRA rollover gift this year and in future years to the Chapter.

Beneficiary Designation Gifts - You can designate the Golden West Chapter as a beneficiary of your donor advised fund, your life insurance policy or your retirement, investment or bank account.

Blended Gifts - There are many combination gift options that may provide greater benefits to you and the ALS community.

If you are interested in learning more, please provide your contact information below or reach out to Emily Stork, Director of Development directly at 818-865-8067 x236 or estork@alsagoldenwest.org.
