The Champions for Care and a Cure celebration is an inspirational evening dedicated to raising awareness and conquering ALS. The ALS Association Golden West Chapter will recognize the contributions of extraordinary individuals and organizations within the ALS community with its highest tribute -- the Essey Award. The night will feature wine tasting from some of the top vineyards in California, entertainment, silent and live auction, gourmet dinner, and presentation of the Golden West Chapter's Essey Awards. Proceeds from this event will provide critical funding for the Chapter's mission priorities in the areas of care services, public policy, and ALS research - all of which are essential to achieve our vision -creating a world without ALS. This year's goal is to raise $500,000.
