Join Team Challenge ALS as we take on the obstacles of the 2016 Lake Tahoe Tough Mudder on June 11th!

The Golden West Chapter provides support to people living with ALS and their loved ones by providing compassionate care and support in 31 counties throughout California and the state of Hawaii, as well as funds global research and important local and national public policy initiatives.

We are looking for five (5) members ready join our team in the fight against ALS at the 2016 Tough Mudder and take the challenge against this devastating disease to a whole new level! By joining Team Challenge ALS, you will commit to raising a $1000 minimum in support of the search to find effective treatments and cure and will receive:

• Complimentary registration (valued at $185+)
• An official Tough Mudder T-shirt and sweatband,
• Exclusive Team Challenge ALS gear
• Beer at the finish line
• Professional photos from Event Day
• Fundraising support from our dedicated staff – we’re here to help you exceed your goals,
